The food was very good. All the staff were charming, helpful and polite. The Jordanian staff were extremely welcoming. The Philippine staff in the bar and restaurant were wonderfully efficient, friendly and kind. The executive lounge was a pleasant addition and the evening food and drink available with Executive status was a appreciated bonus, and I would return to the Amman Marriott and would have the same package to include Exec lounge, as this made my visit more economical. Thank you to all the management and staff. Khalid at concierge was extra helpful in helping me locate my lost luggage from the airport.

The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, especially Fawaz on reception and Asem the concierge. We had a room on the 12th floor with a lovely view of Amman. The breakfast was excellent, and there was a good choice of restaurants for dining in the evening. It was very easy to arrange day trips/private transport with the partner taxi company, a representative of which was always present at the hotel. The level of English of the drivers, however, sometimes made it difficult for us to do the trip exactly as we wanted.

But then, when I was welcomed by the friendly staff of the Marriott, Amman specially Mr. Sanad and Mr. Waseem I really felt like I was greeted by family, and I loved the hospitality and the great manner that they showed, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, I was also given the extra advantages on site and instantly which I also loved.

The property is a bit dated (the decor) but still in good condition and very clean and tidy. The location was close to the mall and downtown, but the best part is the staff: the front desk, the breakfast manager, the gym staffand even the room cleaning; everyone was friendly and helpful and went out of their way.

The hotel has everything you could want and is incredibly well designed and well kept. The rooms are quite large and the beds are wonderful. The staff is excellent and were always able and willing to help us. There are plenty of food options at the hotel and the breakfast is superb.
